More than ordering another remote
With every key missing, the request may involve access to the vehicle as well as supplying a suitable key and making it work with the car. The method depends on the vehicle’s system and available equipment or parts. This is why the registration and model details matter even if you only want an initial price. Say clearly that there is no working original.
Describe the vehicle’s current situation
Give the parked location, not the address you would like to reach. Mention if the vehicle is in a restricted car park, cannot be moved or has a separate damaged lock. If another person can access a spare later, include that information. A request that turns out to have a working spare may need a different plan from a complete loss of all keys.
