Authority and access

The customer must own the vehicle or have the owner’s authority. Identification and proof may be required before security-sensitive work. Safe and lawful access to the vehicle must be provided.

Mobile appointments

Arrival and completion depend on traffic, access, weather, vehicle condition, compatibility and parts. Any material difference from the supplied information may require a revised scope or price.

Booking and cancellation

The confirmed booking, payment and cancellation terms shown with the accepted offer apply. Customers should contact Sebastian promptly if the vehicle or location changes.
