Services & Pricing

How do I get an exact price?
Send your registration, make/model and location via the Quote Form or WhatsApp. I confirm price and ETA before travel.
Do call-out charges apply?
No separate call-out when we proceed with the job. If I attend and work cannot proceed because of missing authority, unsafe conditions or incorrect details, a call-out fee may apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card and contactless on site. Receipts provided.

Keys & Programming

Can you make a spare key for my car?
Yes — I cut blades and program transponders/remotes for most vehicles. For an exact quote, share your reg and location.
Do you remove lost keys from the vehicle memory?
Yes. Lost keys can be erased so they won’t start the vehicle. You’ll leave with only the working keys registered.
Will programming affect my existing keys?
No — I test all keys after programming. If needed, I re-sync the remote and immobiliser.

Lockouts & Response

How fast can you arrive?
Typical ETA is 20–60 minutes depending on traffic and your location. I’ll confirm an accurate time when you book.
Is entry damage-free?
Yes — I use specialist non-destructive techniques. I’ll only drill or replace components if a part has already failed.
Which areas do you cover?

Immobiliser & Security

Do you install Ghost 2 immobilisers?
Yes — professional fitting with a full demo. Ask for availability and a quote for your vehicle.
What proof do I need for security-related work?
Vehicle ownership/authority must be verified (e.g., photo ID and V5C or equivalent). This protects you and your vehicle.

Booking & Policies

Do I need a quote before booking?
Yes — please book only after I’ve confirmed the price via the quote form, WhatsApp or phone.
Can I reschedule?
Yes — reply to your confirmation email/SMS or message me on WhatsApp and we’ll adjust the time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a call-out charge.
