  • Account: When you request a quote via the UK Vehicle Lookup or MOT History Check, a secure user account is automatically created so you can receive updates and retrieve documents.
  • Technical: IP address, device/browser info, cookies and analytics (site performance and security).

  • Prepare quotes, schedule visits and deliver services.
  • Verify ownership/authority before security-related work.
  • Operate and support your user account and send service communications (quotes, confirmations, invoices/receipts).
